Holland born, Lika Tov received her formal training in fine and commercial arts
at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam.
She immigrated to Israel in 1963 and lives in Jerusalem, with her husband Menno.
They have three children. 
During stays in Boston, USA (1967-1969), Oxford, England (1974-1975)
and Philadelphia, USA (1980-1981, 1985-1986) she took courses in printing techniques.
Lika is has specialized in print making and has developed new techniques in
monoprints, collagraphs and embossments, used also in her commercial
art, such as illustrations, book jackets, posters and illustrations for
television programs.
