Villa Provence in Manot
Villa Provence is the realization of a long held dream of Catherine and Daniel Gruner: a dream of creating a warm atmosphere in a Villa, in the midst of the magnificent Provencal landscape of the Western Galilee in order to offer their guests relaxation, quiet, rest and leisure, in a setting of refined luxury and modern comfort. The residence has been renovated in the Provencal tradition. Here the guests will find Mediterranean warmth, in the spirit of Southern France - a traditional home where you can settle down and refresh yourself before continuing on your way.

Nestled in the heart of the moshav Manot, Villa Provence has been renovated from an old building. Most of the original structure has been kept in order to respect the architecture of the village. Throughout the renovation process, which began in April 2006, an underlying feeling of precision and harmony has prevailed. Open since March 2007, the residence has been conceived in order to convey a spirit of generosity and cordiality. You will find this spirit in the materials they have used: in the Provencal colors schemes, in the ceramics, in the stone, in the wood and the wrought iron, in the fabrics imported from the South of France, all of them put together by local craftsmen whose middle-eastern know-how imparts a special harmony and unique “touch” to the whole. The choice of colors and materials has resulted in a perfect blend of the different components and provides guests with both beauty and functionality.

Villa Provence today is a lovely building hidden in a secluded setting offering its guests luxury and comfort with the latest in state of the art technology. Each suite is equipped with climate control, access to the web, a home cinema system with a 32” plasma screen and an independent stereo system.
Five of the six suites, all bearing the charming names of Provencal flora, are equipped with a King Size bed and the hand made bedding will softly welcome you into a kingdom of dreams.

Villa Provence is also first and foremost a “date” you ought to keep with your body. Our establishment has a SPA with two massage rooms (by appointment), a hamam and a sauna. You can, if you feel so inclined, profit from the rich experience of our highly professional staff, or if you prefer you can relax around the pool (open from April to October). Yoga, water aerobics, relaxation are activities highly recommended by Catherine. She will help you discover, at your own pace, your hidden resources, the benefits of naturopathy and will share her extensive knowledge of dietetics and body care. Nature lovers will be enchanted by the paths and the forest walks that surround the residence and which meander leisurely between a flora and a fauna that constitute the riches of the Galilee and are the pride of our country. Breakfast at Villa Provence is strictly vegetarian and biological for the benefit of your health.
